All products will be shipped out via Canada Post, air mail
(no tracking number). If you live in Canada, please allow
7-10 business days. If you live in USA or any other country,
allow 10-20 business days. Normally it takes a lot less time
than that, but occasionally there could be an unforeseen delay
such as customs clearance.
Need an exchange?
If you need to exchange your Truth belt or wrist band for
a different size, simply send it back to us via air
mail to the address below and include in writing,
the name, colour and size of the product that you would like
in exchange, along with your mailing address. On the customs
form write “return for exchange- made in Canada”.
Please be sure to send it AIR MAIL via your
local post office, as we will not accept shipments
via UPS, Fed-Ex or any other carrier. Our address

We are more than happy to pay for the shipping
of our products to you the first time. Please note that when
you send a product back to us for a size exchange, you do
so at your expense and you will be charged for the second
shipment when we send out the new product. For customers in
USA, this charge will be $7.00 USD. For customers in Canada,
this charge will be $7.00 CDN. We will send you a payment
request via PayPal once we receive your shipment.
Returning a belt in exchange for another
size can be avoided by getting out your measuring tape and
actually measuring the circumference of your pants at the
top (where the belt loops are). Sometimes people just go by
the size tag on their pant size, which is not always accurate.
We have found that the most exchanges happen when a person
orders a size small belt, when they really need a size medium.If
your belt has a defect due to workmanship, or if the buckle
is defective, we will be happy to replace it.
Looking for a refund?
You can return your Truth belt for a full refund up to 60
days of the purchase date with no questions asked. Just make
sure it’s in perfect condition. Simply send it back
to us via air mail to the address above and
include in writing, that you would like a refund. Be sure
to include your name so we can refund your PayPal account..
On the customs form write “return for refund
